The Supreme Court, again Monday, adjourned the hearing on the application filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its Imo State governorship candidate, Emeka Ihedioha, till Tuesday, March 3. The application is seeking the review of its January 14 judgment that removed Ihedioha from office as the state governor. Ihedioha had approached the apex court with an application to reverse itself on the judgment sacking him from office as governor. He said, “My lords this matter was adjourned for hearing, but we were just served in the courtroom with a process from the 1st and 2nd Respondents/Appellants. The seven-member panel of the Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Tanko Muhammad, therefore, adjourned hearing till March 3.
